Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, without contacting the salon to cancel, will be subject to pay the full amount of the services reserved. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, this better serving everyone. The Beauty Bar policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our establishment and future clientele.
